Inside a Prescribed Burn
This video is from October 2006, when I was working with firefighters from Incline Village and was able to take part in a prescribed burn with my partner, Cristian Lazic. I shot the video and edited it together to show a little about how these work. Incline Village is proactive in preventing a catastrophic fire form hitting their area, but even with their efforts, they can't cover nearly enough to ensure they're not devastated at some point.
